Our Founder
Laurel works with founder-led organizations navigating growth, operational strain, and performance pressure.
Her background spans digital marketing, financial analysis, and operational leadership. Through her roles in accounting, management, and performance oversight, she developed a strong understanding of how financial signals, systems, and demand generation intersect inside growing businesses.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University and brings a disciplined financial perspective to advisory and implementation work. That foundation informs how priorities are evaluated, how capital is deployed, and how growth decisions are sequenced.
Laurel began her career in accounting and financial roles, developing a disciplined approach to margin, cash management, and performance analysis. Her work later expanded into marketing and digital infrastructure, where she built and scaled client implementation initiatives. As businesses grew, her involvement increasingly focused on decision structure, operational design, and performance oversight.
She observed a consistent pattern. Growth often outpaced the systems required to support it.
That observation led to the development of LogicEngine, a structured framework for evaluating performance across Direction, Systems, Leadership, Demand, and Metrics.
